All PowerPoint presentations must be prepared in English.
Presentation language:
- Master’s students may choose to present either in Czech or English.
- Postgraduate students are required to present in English.

The abstract and presentation will be evaluated for the nomination to the Award.
The nomination process for the awards follows two steps:
- First, all abstracts are evaluated by the members of the Conference Board during the post-submission review. The evaluation criteria include the formal quality and scientific language, the structure and clarity of the Materials and Methods section, and the coherence and delivery of research ideas throughout the Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
The review is conducted by three Board members: Prof. Radek Kučera, Assoc. Prof. Miroslava Čedíková, and Assoc. Prof. Jan Nevoral. - Second, presentations are assessed by session chairpersons during the student talks. Speakers will be ranked within their session block, and these results will influence the final abstract evaluation.
